The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They address the global challenges we face, including poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace and justice. Learn more and help us take action by partnering with us on our projects. All our projects are infused with the SDGs. We are always working with communities to create additional projects as they desire to empower themselves. We will do projects in 4 sectors: health, education, economic development and sanitation. Here are some of the projects we are working on now, and doing these concerts, festivals and other events will provide the funding to help us successfully complete them. JOIN US!!!!

Ghana

We are committed to improving women’s sports by sponsoring girls’ football teams. Girls who engage in sports do better in school, are less likely to get pregnant prematurely, are more confident, and work well with others. We will also teach girls and women how to fly drones and how to code to reduce the digital divide and be able to better support their families and communities. We are improving the sanitation system on school compounds by building bathrooms and putting in water systems on campus and extending these services into villages. We are building libraries in remote and rural locations to improve reading and enhance critical and creative thinking. As well as funding computer labs in these locations. We will be building youth centers in 3 primary regions Volta, Eastern, and Central to improve youth engagement and to teach entrepreneurship and leadership skills.

Sierra Leone

We will be working with local organizations to develop workshops and other resources to address domestic violence for women, men, and youth. We will bring staff to teach young women how to code and fly drones to improve their earning potentials so they can better support their families. We will assist in building 3 classrooms and teacher’s offices on a small island called Tasso. This will decrease crowded classrooms and enable the children to learn better because they each will be provided with a desk, instead of the current system where 3 children share a desk.

Lesotho

We are building youth centers to help promote leadership skills and reduce risky behavior in order to lower the risk of HIV infections. We are promoting cycling as the modality to help girls and youth engage in more sporting activities. We are using the center for homework help for children who have no access to Wi-Fi in their homes. We are piloting the W.H.O.R.E project in Lesotho, yes we know you think it’s a horrible name but we wanted to rebrand the word to mean We Help Other Return to Education, We Help Other to Renounce Exploitation and We Help Other to Restorative Economics– where we support sex workers who want to change their lives and empower their families.  We will teach them entrepreneurial skills and bring capital investors so they can pitch their ideas. We will also provide them with a mentorship program and wrap-around social service programs to enhance their success. We will also bring staff to teach young women and girls how to code and fly drones to reduce the digital divide and to improve their earning potentials so they can better support their families.

We are also piloting the W.H.O.R.E project in East Africa in Kenya. As previously mentioned it stands for We Help Other Return to Education, We Help Other to Renounce Exploitation and We Help Other to Restorative Economics– where we support sex workers who want to change their lives and empower their families.  We will teach them entrepreneurial skills and bring capital investors so they can pitch their ideas. We will also provide them with a mentorship program and wrap-around social service programs to enhance their success. We will be donating washing machines and dryers to the Human Needs Center in Kibera in Nairobi. We will also donate additional computers so more students can do their homework and others can learn business development skills.

Uganda

We are working with local painters to educate children and youth about the arts and teaching them how to draw and paint so they can use these art forms to be earners. We will donate art supplies and educational supplies for the students. We will also work with local and international entertainers to create documentaries which will help change how Africa is viewed. We are working with local women who are farmers to improve their ginger farms and work on expanding their production. We will also help our local tour partners to support the schools and community projects in rural regions that are important to them and that they have been assisting with each tours that they bring to these areas.

Jamaica

We will continue to donate computers to schools in rural and remote communities.
